Hoyo 19 Restaurant

It is not necessary to be a golfer to enjoy one of the most unique restaurants on the island. The only indispensable requirement is to appreciate excellent fayre, and the beauty of well-kept, pleasant and peaceful surroundings all year round at any time of the day.

The Hoyo 19 restaurant has a varied menu of Mediterranean haute cuisine, directed by Iván R. Ronchera Guimerá.

The restaurant offers two different atmospheres, one with views of the 9-hole course and the other overlooking the 18-hole course, both with the peculiar landscape characteristics of the island of Ibiza.

  • Smoked sardine toast with a tomato marmalade, cheese and basil cream
  • Grilled octopus with a sobrasada parmentier

  • Baked John Dory fish with a citrus veloté sauce
